2. Estimates & Payments
All quotes are estimates and may change following an in-person inspection.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via Square, Zelle, or other approved methods.
A deposit may be required for certain projects.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a service fee.
4. Service Limitations
While we strive to match color, texture, and finish as closely as possible, perfect restoration may not be achievable, especially on aged or specialty leathers.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from prior repairs or hidden structural damage.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about the item requiring service.
Ensure the item is accessible and ready for repair at the scheduled time.
Communicate any special requirements or concerns before service begins.
6. Warranties & Liability
Our work includes a limited warranty covering craftsmanship for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of value, use, or income related to repair issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, and logos—is the property of Highlander Leather Repair and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.
